Blocker / Hurdles from the client’s side: 

This client is long-standing and works with multiple recruiters/vendors. But they were not seeing the quality of candidates for the Digital Search Manager position. After a good kickoff meeting, we explained that we could invest more in supporting them if it wasn’t working competitively with our recruiters and vendors. 

As the client had already missed the deadline, they wanted to close this position within 30 days.

Our approach:

The Tecknoz team worked closely with the partner, consulting on the profiles to narrow down the exact type of candidate that would be a perfect match for the position. Over a period of 2 weeks, the requirement evolved several meetings with BAT.

After identifying the actual level and experience required, the candidate screening followed a swift, three-stage interview process.

Due to the tight time constraints of the assignment, the team ensured that the process, from shortlisting to the offer stage, took no longer than 10 working days – meeting the quality and timing requirements that were initially laid out.

The role needed our full weight with a full market search, and one only needed our Talent Hub search, where we explored people already registered and offered at a lower-than-standard fee (only fair!). Tecknoz team took a proactive approach to the assignment, firstly headhunting and encouraging referrals across our vast network of 50,000+ skilled candidates.
