This client is a start-up and works with 2 other recruiting firm. But they were not seeing expected result for the senior positions. After a successful introduction meeting, we informed them we could offer them better results and explained the whole process.
The client wanted to close 2 of the most challenging positions within 45 days. We managed to do it in 25.
Our approach:
The Tecknoz team collaborated together with its partner discussing the profiles in order to pinpoint the kind of person that was the ideal fit for the job. Over the course of 5 months, the requirements changed several times as Tecknoz focused on the task.
After determining the level of experience needed and the required experience, the screening process for candidates followed a swift, three-step interview procedure.
