Purpose Statement

Key Accountabilities

  • Leverage best practice PM methodology and provide simple and easy to follow framework to business stakeholders and DBS team members.
  • Work with individual team members and stakeholders to drive adoption towards a common practice.
  • Manage the interaction and collaboration with Innovation forums and teams to ensure there clear visibility on progress and success/failure stories.
  • Responsible to build delivery excellence in the newly created DBS organization. Delivery Excellence includes service framework, performance management, continuous improvement, quality and controls, process standardization and automation, knowledge management and other aspects of the buildup working in conjunction with the relevant members of the Transformation Team

PMO Office

  • Bringing expertise and techniques to improve programme management, as well as building team capability to improve the Transformation Programme delivery
  • Track & report project progress, activities, risks, & issues
  • Develop, drive and lead the DBS Performance management framework and Project Management practices that helps to develop an integrated Transformation Programme for APA as well as collaboration with Global Team for further opportunities or best practices
  • Implementation and owning reporting tools dashboards, governance, and review process within APA DRBU
  • Lead the design and development of an integrated knowledge management framework within DBS ensuring that knowledge management is supporting the delivery of DBS APA strategy and requirements.

Communication & Change Management

  • Drive activities related to DBS strategy articulation and communication both Commercial Business and DBS LTs
  • Support the creation of culture susceptible to change management through a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ approach to new business opportunities, participating in the development of new initiatives, meeting planned targets, and demonstrating preferred high-performance behaviors

Finance

  • Support Business Case Delivery and expectations through management of finance team
  • Present business case details and impact to senior stakeholders
  • Manage the DBS budget by tracking the budget vs actual and perform forecasting analysis through an integrated spend management framework

Working Relationship

Text Box: •	Focus on Internal DBS WoW to ensure there is one common PM practice, deliver single source of truth on budget, delivery status, issues & risks, and success/failure stories.
•	Ensure business interaction sits with other team members in DBS to avoid many comms line
•	Identify additional opportunities/gaps in transformational initiatives and/or obstacles to be removed and solutions to address opportunities and challenges.
•	Flexible on working in different timezones

Internal:
•	DBSLT

•	GBS Transformation Team
•	APA DRBU Technology Team – Marketing, Data & Analytics, Operations, and IT Services

External:
•	External consultants (e.g Accenture, Gartner, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Text Box: •	Tertiary degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Org Development, Psychology or any related field
•	Program Management Experience
•	Digital & Technology Project Experience
•	Proficiency in MS Office suite with focus on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint
•	Strong planning and execution skills
